The brides mother had this to say, “I have heard so many wonderful comments about the wedding and the Gathering Space. You were so accommodating and helped out in so many ways. You even managed to keep her dry! I would definitely recommend you and the Gathering Space to anyone planning their special day. Thank you so much for everything.”

How large is The Gathering Space?

The Gathering Space congregational area can best be described as “intimate”  and “cozy”.  The main area is about 800 square feet (40 feet long by 20 feet wide).  The space is extremely flexible, and we have comfortably seated up to 100 for a wedding ceremony and up to 80 for a sit down dinner. All of the seating in The Gathering Space is moveable,  so the space can be re-configured to suit the needs of the people we serve. While The Gathering Space is small,  it seems to have an almost  miraculous ability to be “just big enough” for  the events that are held there!

The Gathering Space Photography Package; in partnership with LM Photography of Omro

LM Photography offers for $150 as part of a package deal with The Gathering Space:

~A few “getting ready” photos 15 minutes before the ceremony.

~Full coverage of the ceremony (meaning no exact limit to the number of photos taken during the ceremony).

~After the ceremony: 2 couple photos, 2 group family photos, and 2 wedding party photos (or a total of 6 photos of the couple’s choice. For example: the couple could use all 6 photos for couple photos).

Full “shooting time”: up to 2 hours (longer shooting times will require an additional charge).

All photos taken will be edited (multiple versions, example: black and white, sepia, and other), saved onto a disk or usb, and given to the bride and groom to print or use as they like. Up to 3 weeks may be required for the editing process to be completed. LM Photography will contact the couple once the photos are completed.

More coverage (additional photos before or after the ceremony, or reception photos) are available for additonal cost.

Payment for the photography package should be made to The Gathering Space and may be paid a week in advance by check or in cash on the day of the ceremony. If paying by check, the photographer’s fee and the Gathering Space fee may added together and paid with one check. The amount of payment will be The Gathering Space fee plus $150. For example, if the couple is has reserved The Gathering Space for a ceremony with the officiant included and also has reserved the photographer, the total cost will be $650 ($500 + $150)
